Regulatory Status & Service Scope

This page explains who stands behind Dar Al Tharwah, the advisory and related services presented through the website, and how public information, client engagements, and regulated financial activities are distinguished.

Effective date: 4 August 2026

Dar Al Tharwah provides financial advisory, planning, consultation, education, and related services. The applicable service provider, jurisdiction, regulatory basis, and any relevant authorisation or professional arrangement may vary by service and client circumstances and are confirmed through engagement or onboarding documentation. This page is a general scope statement and not a complete register of every licence, registration, permission, or partner arrangement.

1. Dar Al Tharwah and its founder

Dar Al Tharwah is a financial advisory, planning, consultation, and education brand founded by Mohammad Hossein Soleimani, also known as MHS. The website presents advisory services and consultation pathways, educational content, books, market and planning perspectives, member resources, and ways to begin an introductory conversation.

References to MHS as founder, investor, author, or educator describe his role and published work. They do not by themselves represent a licence, professional designation, regulator approval, or guarantee of investment performance.

2. Website and service scope

The website provides information and education, account-based resources, newsletters, content enrolment, advisory and consultation enquiries, onboarding communications, and access to selected services. The exact service available to a client depends on the relevant jurisdiction, eligibility, suitability, contracting entity, and engagement terms.

The website discusses financial planning, investing, retirement, education funding, property, business, risk, and long-term decision-making. Public content remains general, while personalised planning, recommendations, analysis, or advisory work may be provided within a defined client engagement and subject to the relevant disclosures and terms.

3. Service delivery and transaction boundaries

Services may be delivered directly by Dar Al Tharwah, through the applicable contracting entity, or with specialist or regulated partners. Unless expressly included in the relevant engagement or product documentation, the website should not be understood as the mechanism that:

  • execute or transmit securities, investment, insurance, credit, or property transactions;
  • receive or hold client money, securities, digital assets, or other property;
  • provide brokerage, dealing, custody, discretionary portfolio management, or fund management;
  • issue, underwrite, distribute, or arrange securities or collective investment products;
  • operate an exchange, crowdfunding platform, investment fund, or deposit-taking service;
  • guarantee returns, capital protection, approvals, financing, visas, tax outcomes, or access to a product.

4. Introductory calls and consultation requests

A submitted form, account registration, WhatsApp message, or introductory call may begin an enquiry, consultation, or onboarding process. The nature and scope of any regulated, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship are confirmed through the applicable engagement documentation.

Before any professional work begins, the relevant parties should receive written information identifying the contracting entity, scope, fees, responsibilities, conflicts, confidentiality, complaints process, governing law, and—where applicable—the legal or regulatory basis on which the service is provided.

5. Jurisdiction-specific services

Financial-services regulation depends on the activity, client, product, contracting entity, and jurisdiction. A service that is permitted in one country or for one category of client may be restricted or require authorisation in another.

The fact that website content can be viewed in Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere does not mean that every service is offered, authorised, or suitable in each location.

6. No implied regulator or government endorsement

A reference to a country, financial centre, regulator, law, institution, public programme, company, award, rating, or third-party standard is informational unless the page clearly states otherwise and provides verifiable support.

Dar Al Tharwah must not be treated as approved, sponsored, supervised, or endorsed by a regulator, government, bank, exchange, or third party merely because that organisation is mentioned or linked.

7. Educational content and authorship

Articles and educational resources should identify the author or responsible editorial source where practical. Financial content may include research, opinion, interpretation, scenarios, and examples, all of which remain subject to the Financial Disclaimer.

Material claims should be supported by reliable sources, dated where timing matters, and corrected when a material error is identified.

8. Fees, compensation, and conflicts

No fee, subscription, commission, referral payment, performance-based charge, or other material cost should apply unless it is disclosed before the user commits to the relevant service or transaction.

If Dar Al Tharwah, MHS, an author, or an associated party receives compensation, holds an interest, or has a material relationship that could affect specific content or a recommendation, the conflict should be disclosed clearly and close to the relevant communication.

9. Regulated, partner, and specialist services

Depending on the service and jurisdiction, Dar Al Tharwah may provide services directly, through an applicable authorised or registered entity, or with independent regulated or specialist partners. Before the relevant service begins, clients receive or may request details of the provider’s legal name, role, jurisdiction, regulatory basis where applicable, fees, risks, eligibility requirements, and governing documents.

Any authorisation, registration, licence, or partner arrangement applies only to the specific entity, activity, jurisdiction, and client category to which it relates and should not be treated as applying to unrelated services.

10. Complaints and questions

A concern about identity, qualifications, a financial statement, service scope, or a regulatory representation may be raised under the Complaints Handling procedure.

Questions may also be submitted through the contact and consultation page.

Dar Al Tharwah provides financial planning, investment-related guidance, wealth planning, and financial education for individuals and families, subject to the applicable entity, engagement, jurisdiction, and regulatory scope. Public website content is general and does not by itself create an advisory, portfolio-management, custody, or other professional relationship. The relevant engagement documents identify the contracting entity, service scope, fees, risks, responsibilities, and any third-party providers.
