1. About Dar Al Tharwah and these Terms

“Dar Al Tharwah”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Dar Al Tharwah business operating this website and the entity identified in any relevant written engagement, invoice, or checkout. The website provides financial education, general guidance, access to member resources, and ways to request professional consultations.

These Terms apply to public visitors, registered members, subscribers, consultation clients, and anyone accessing our content or services. They do not replace a signed advisory, consulting, or other professional-services agreement.

3. Member accounts

• Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.

5. Prices, payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds

• A recurring charge will apply only where it is clearly disclosed and you actively agree to it.
• You may cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal through the available account or contact method.
• Refund eligibility will follow the checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
• Access to digital content already delivered or substantially used may affect refund rights where permitted by law.

Dar Al Tharwah does not currently promise that every resource will remain free or that every future service will be available in every country.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, unlawful handling of personal data, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Liability under a separate professional engagement is governed by that agreement.

15. Your responsibility for unlawful misuse

You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by your unlawful use, intentional misuse, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. You are not responsible for loss caused by Dar Al Tharwah’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.

16. Governing law and disputes

A separate written engagement or checkout may identify the contracting entity, governing law, and dispute forum for a particular service. Where no separate agreement applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

This clause does not remove mandatory consumer, data-protection, or procedural rights available where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should first try in good faith to resolve the matter through written communication.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, risk, or law. The effective date will be revised, and material changes affecting registered users will be communicated through a reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, unless law requires renewed consent.
